The exterior of the house has a traditional appearance, but the inside is completely modern and spacious. There is free Wi-fi throughout the house. On the open-plan ground floor, the living room has a 43" Smart TV. The new kitchen has been fully equipped to a high standard, and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washer/dryer, oven with induction hob, and microwave, with a dining table and 6 chairs. The back of the house offers views of Peel Hill and Peel’s famous sunsets, and the patio is a suntrap in the afternoons.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms -- a twin and a single -- and a new bathroom with shower and bath.
On the top floor there is a very spacious bedroom with a kingsize bed, dressing area, vanity alcove with hairdryer, and an ensuite shower-room.
